Big Red Rooster, a multidimensional retail and brand experience firm, has added a number of strategic hires in three offices.

Jaymie Gelino joins Big Red Rooster as Senior Vice President, Operations.  With our continued growth, Gelino’s financial expertise will be instrumental in guiding and supporting daily business activities.  Gelino most recently served as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis with JLL.

Vice President Keith Heinemann will focus his efforts on managing our architecture studio in Phoenix, Arizona.  Leveraging his more than two decades of experience he will also support new business development and lead key client relationships.  Prior to joining Big Red Rooster, Heinemann served as Studio Director at Fitch.

Big Red Rooster’s Atlanta office continues to expand its services with the addition of Bobby Donathan as Interactive Director and Maggie Honious as Sr. Director, Strategy.

Donathan will lead the development, launch, and maintenance of digital interactive based media.  Donathan joins our business after several years as owner of Donathan Brothers Media, with past positions at 352 Media and the Denmark Agency.

Honious will bring significant value to our clients’ needs through the planning and development of strategic solutions across the full spectrum of our offerings.  Prior to joining Big Red Rooster, Honious held several positions with Interbrand, LPK, and Illumination Research.

Maureen Millard joins Big Red Rooster’s Columbus office in the newly created leadership position of Vice President, Client Services.  Millard’s extensive retail expertise will add depth to our management team and benefit a variety of key client relationships.  Millard joins us after leaving her most recent role of Executive Director, Client Service at Interbrand Design Forum.

Carolyn Fields has also joined the Columbus office as Vice President, Business Development.  With an extensive background serving as agency leader and brand consultant for a diverse portfolio of clients, Fields will now focus and leverage her experience to build and cultivate new business relationships and opportunities.  Fields was most recently with Interbrand Design Forum as Executive Director.
