Fortune Brands needed to create an elevated experience for their ultra-premium fixtures that could be tiered across 5 house brands as well as different showroom types.

Business Challenge

The House of Rohl, part of Fortune Brands, was created to be a destination where the affluent homeowner can find premium plumbing fixtures focused on craftsmanship and quality. The House of Rohl brings together Riobel, Perrin & Rowe, Shaws, Victoria + Albert, and ROHL under one brand name. By bringing these brands under one roof, an opportunity arose to design a showroom that mimicked the feeling of a museum gallery appealing to the target audience. The showroom was being created at the same time that the brand was being developed so it was an interesting challenge with an escalated timeline.

Solution

We developed a merchandising solution flexible enough to fill a 40’x40’ showroom, as well as an 8’ wall display. Defined a brand hierarchy to support five ultra-premium brands with their own unique story. Designed a vibrant brand expression embodied in materials, fixtures and finishes that exudes today’s luxury trends.
