Creating Next: Holiday 2020 Report

Despite an increased sense of security while in-store shopping, shoppers are trending toward alternative forms of fulfillment

We conducted three separate CARAVAN surveys fielded in partnership with ENGINE, to gather shopper insights and implications as it relates to holiday 2020 and beyond.

Despite the continued presence of COVID-19, we found that there is a significant increase in feelings of customer safety since September, with 49% saying they strongly agree that they felt safe on their last shopping trip in-store as compared to the 27% that reported the same in September.
