Summary

We are looking for a dynamic creative leader to work in our Atlanta studio – someone who thrives on being part of a passionate team and will contribute to the growth of our business through the development of smart, innovative and on-brand solutions for our clients. The successful candidate not only generates big ideas, but is also responsible for the quality of work produced by their team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary, collaborative project teams
  • Lead and direct the creative team in the design and production of multidimensional brand touchpoints
  • Drive brand stewardship of brands in portfolio (evolution and compliance of brand guidelines and standards)
  • Participate in client pitches and lead creative approach
  • Oversee project profitability, delivering on time and on budget
  • Meet regularly with clients and present campaign strategies and solutions
  • Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative staff
  • Remain actively involved in hiring and training team members
  • Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in visual communications, graphic design or fine art
  • Minimum of 10 years in fast-paced agency setting
  • Impressive portfolio with compelling work across a range of B2C and B2B brands
  • Digital experience is a must (ux/ui, video, rich media)
  • Demonstrates understanding of industry trends
  • Proficient in industry software (Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote/PowerPoint)
  • Great attitude, team-builder, sense of humor
  • Must have stellar communication, presentation, problem-solving and project-management skills
  • Builds strong relationships with clients, shares opinion and industry perspective
