Strategist

Location: Columbus HQ Office

Summary

Partner with team to develop value added solutions to our clients needs.  Assist in the planning and development of strategic insights across the entire spectrum of offerings.  Thought leadership is essential as well as the flexibility of mind to drive to consumer insights using a variety of insight mining approaches.  Deep understanding of both behavioral and attitudinal analytics and measurements is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with client teams across product lines and business channels to ensure overall alignment and awareness of strategic direction and measurable results on projects
  • Partners with team members executing, supporting and mentoring the presentation of concepts and final design to key client stakeholders
  • Partners and supports the overall creative execution
  • Sets realistic goals
  • Develops and executes work flow logistics for efficient and effective program implementation
  • Upholds quality and brand standards
  • Manage and balance the lines between creative expression and business objectives
  • Manages through conflict and unforeseen issues to achieve project goals
  • Strive to constantly improve the process and quality of overall deliverable
  • Accountable for operating within the defined budget

 

Required Qualifications and Qualities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of four years of experience
  • Strong portfolio with experience in shopper marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationship with all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to excel under pressure
  • Must have a critical eye for details
  • Strong follow up and follow through
  • Must have a solid business/financial acumen
  • Must have a track record of success in building, developing and managing a successful group with diverse skills
