A polished communicator with an action-oriented focus capable of solving communication challenges and developing original solutions. The ideal candidate has mastered the art of written communication, thinks logically about that information, and can synthesize it into meaningful content solutions for brand guidelines. The Information Designer works in tandem with the design team to exceed our client’s goals.


  • Develops and creates effective and informative messaging that supports business objectives while adhering to established brand voice
  • Collaborates with agency and client teams to determine the conceptual and copy direction of each initiative
  • Ensures message consistency and brand integrity
  • Manages work flow efficiently and takes responsibility for timing and delivery
  • Works with Senior Creative Managers and designers to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with the visual tone and style
  • Researches and reconciles product copy data issues and errors as necessary
  • Writes clear, original copy
  • Proofreads copy to check spelling and grammar
  • Amends, revises or redevelops copy concepts in response to feedback from the creative leadership or client



  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or Communications
  • Must have an excellent command of the English language
  • Previous retail marketing experience preferred
  • Must be relentlessly curious
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must have exceptional organization skills
