Known as the nation’s low-price grocery leader, ALDI is reinventing discount shopping of the past in order to deliver a contemporary and customer-centric in-store experience.
For the past 15 years, ALDI focused on attracting cost-conscious consumers through an assortment of high-quality and value-driven merchandise offerings. In order to grow and expand into new markets, ALDI has reinvigorated its retail concept to create inviting stores focused around a streamlined shopping experience.
ALDI’s tactfully selected merchandise offerings showcase ALDI’s growing line of private selection brands such as Live g-Free (a new gluten-free line), Simple Nature (an organic-based line), Specially Selected (a premium-based line), and Fit & Active (a health-conscious line).
The Batavia-based retailer is planning to open 45 stores in Southern California next year, which is part of a larger 2018 expansion plan to add 650 new stores across the U.S. bringing the total store count to over 2,000.
